Meet Claudine

Morgan and Claudine grew up together in Marin County, California and share a love and appreciation for nature, sports, nutrition and family.  Their mission is to help people live to their fullest potential through proper nutrition and food.  When they are not inspiring people to live a life of health and wellness, they are traveling and experiencing international cultures and cuisines.   

Favorite way to break a sweat: Trail Run

Pre workout snack: Bite of seasonal fruit (hopefully grapefruit or banana) spoonful of almond butter dunked in chia seeds

Post workout snack: Other 1/2 of fruit and Hemp Protein Powder Smoothie

I was inspired to become a chef when: I grew up enjoying nightly sitdown homecooked family dinners.  

After moving to Italy at 18 I  became more mindful of the origin of the food on my plate.

You would be surprised to know: I was the only girl on the wrestling team

Therapy: Being outdoors... barefoot

My goal is to: Inspire people to live healthy whole lives through delicious meals, wellness retreats and the farm-to-table dinning experience.

Post workout snack: Greek Yogurt/Cottage Cheese and Fruit

I was inspired to become a Dietian when: I grew up in an active family where good nutrition was always a must.  I've always been interested in the science aspect of food so it only seemed natural to make a career out of it.          

You would be surprised to know: I have lived in 5 countries

Therapy: Early morning outing to the beach with the dog

My goal is to: Make people more aware of what foods are best for them to improve their health from the inside out.
